Express and Overnight air shipments must have a street address because the carrier can not deliver to a P.O. Box. Express and Overnight must order by 1:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday. No Saturday delivery.
RATES OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL USA
All rates are for the continental United States only. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. Allow 2-3 weeks on orders shipping standard to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. An additional $7.00 charge to orders shipping standard to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
